Bernoulli Small Batch Ice Cream began with a love for ice cream and two dreamers. Owners Brian and Allysan knew back in the 80’s that they wanted to open an ice cream shop, but it wasn’t until 2014 that evenings eating hand-cranked ice cream on the porch turned into a small batch ice cream business.

Brian and Allysan spent years crafting their ice cream expertise – they even studied it at Maryland University! And their care and passion are easy to see and taste in Bernoulli ice cream.
