Are all your labels produced in house?

We produce 95% of our labels in our own facility, the remaining portion are provided by qualified vendor partners under our supervision.

What is the production time on my project?

Standard production time is seven to ten working days after proof approval on a new order, and five to seven working days on a repeat order. This time may vary depending on the size of the order and type of material needed. We do conduct two daily production meetings to accommodate those customers needing ship dates outside our normal lead times. Please contact your account manager or customer service rep about your needs.

Do you have standard or catalogue pricing?

No, every job is a custom order. This is due to the many combinations of paper/film types, adhesive types, inks, and die shapes. Your account manager or customer service rep will provide you with a custom quote in a timely manner.

Do you have rush charges?

No. We do not believe in charging more to get you the ship date that you need. We will always do our best to work with you and job schedule to process your order as best we can to fit your needs.

How many colors can you print?

Our presses can print up to eight spot colors, this includes four color process as well as a combination of both spots and four color process. Varnishes, UV coatings, and laminations can be added to your labels for custom appearances and protection.

What are my options for label sizes and shapes?

Our in-house limit for size is 10" x 24". We also have sources for larger labels, banners, and signs. We have an inventory of over 2,500 dies of different sizes and shapes for labels and can have custom label dies made to fulfill your needs.

Do you do custom artwork?

Yes, we do some in house and others are sent out to local designers that we work with.

Am I able to get a proof before production?

Yes, we will always provide you with a proof to sign off on before we run your new order.
