Making sure you find the right company to print your label can seem a daunting task. To help you out, we have devised a list of the most common labels we print in-house.
Food & Beverage
This is probably one of the most in-demand categories of labels we print. With the ever-growing number of farmers markets and shelf availability in local grocery stores, the ability for aspiring chefs to sell their product has grown significantly. In-house, we have a wide range of printing materials and can customize the label to fit your specific need.
For the sake of categorizing, product labels are going to include any item not food or beverage related, that requires some form of identification. Almost all items in a store have an identifier, either through direct print on the packaging or with a label. This tells the consumer what they are buying and promotes who manufactured the product. Having an eye-catching product label is very important, as this will be the first impression to separate your product from another.
Promotional labels are used to advertise your brand or product, while being free to place in areas not associated with that specific item. These can include bumper stickers, decals and larger, adhesive-based signs. Promotional labels can be important for brand recognition and are used as walking advertising.
Safety and Instructional Labels
Safety labels are mostly seen on items that could cause health or physical harm if used incorrectly, while instructional labels educate the consumer on the use. Both may be in addition to the product label. Having a durable stock with a strong adhesive is important, as these typically need to last the life of the product.
Inventory & Shipping Labels
We are categorizing these together as they are both on the production side of the equation. Typically, these will be comprised of a less-expensive, paper-based stock and finished with or without print. Our thermal and direct thermal labels are included in this, giving you the option of overprinting with your own information once the labels are in-house.
