
Being the forward thinkers that we are, we knew that we wanted to be part of the first Louisville Local Business Expo. Plus, we wanted to show some local love. But, not only did we attend, we had fun!
The first Louisville Local Business Expo was held on January 14, 2016 at The Clifton Center on Payne Street in Louisville, KY. It was sponsored by the Louisville Independent Business Association, or the Keep Louisville Weird people.
Louisville Label was one of 39 participants in this independent business showcase. The expo was a chance for local companies to shine and promote local business-to-business relationships. Mayor Greg Fischer opened the event. “When I think about the city it feels authentic and unique,” he said. “Our independent business owners reflect that.” And we at Louisville Label completely agree!
There were over 200 attendees at the expo. Louisville Label’s exhibit showcased labels we have produced for local businesses. If you have been paying attention to our customer spotlights on our blogs, then you know that we work with a variety of local businesses. A few are:
Many connections were made with companies needing everything from a single car door magnet to thousands of custom pressure sensitive labels. We look forward to partnering with these new prospects. We are also excited about participating in next year’s expo!
