Anne is our CEO and President. She enjoys having the opportunity to lead and be a trusted advisor for her employees when it comes to situations that arise in everyday business dealings. This company that she has helped build means everything to her, and she feels so lucky to serve so many amazing clients.

When she’s not in the office, you may find Anne enjoying a walk with her dogs Jordy, Snoopy, and Sandro, traveling to Hilton Head, playing Pickleball, or competing in a friendly game of dominoes with friends. If you plan on driving anywhere with her, you may want to make sure the grab handles are in good shape because she really likes to drive fast. Just ask her coworker who watched her get pulled over on the way to work!

Melonie Sullivan

Melonie is our office manager here at Louisville Label. She’s always had a deep interest and skill set for the accounting side of the business. She loves being in a small company where it’s more than just a business, but a family.

On warm summer days she loves to read a book by the pool and spend time with her family and friends. She is also proud to be able to put “able to recite the alphabet backwards” on any resume where it may be relevant.

Ken Goodson

Ken is our Vice President of Sales here at Louisville Label. He’s been in the label printing business for over 30 years, and it’s still hard for him to beat that feeling of delivering for a client he’s known and served for much of that time. Building long-lasting relationships are incredibly important to Ken and is by far his favorite thing about what he does.

When he’s not serving clients, Ken loves to golf, go fishing, and travel. Be warned though, if you travel with him, you may not be able to keep up. He likes to live like he’s still 30 years old!

Melissa is our Customer Service Supervisor. She enjoys having the ability to see all the why’s and how’s of printing. It’s amazing to gain a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process and see peoples’ labels come to life.

In her free time, she loves to bake and do jigsaw puzzles. It’s even better if there’s some college basketball to watch at the same time.

Kathy is our Customer Service Representative here at Louisville Label. She loves the satisfaction of completing a job and seeing customers receive the labels they’ve been eagerly anticipating. She values each of the friendships she’s built with her customers, even the ones she may never meet!

Freddy is our Plant Manager here at Louisville Label. He really values the overall experience of the “printing” industry. Watching how much the industry has changed in a short amount of time is amazing. Seeing all the new technologies available and applying them to what his team does has been a great way to improve their brand. Having been part of the company for 30 years, this job means a lot to him. In all that time, coworkers have become more than just working relationships but friendships.

In his free time, Freddy loves to paint and draw. If you let him plan your vacation, you’ll find yourself on a scuba excursion with plenty of extra time to lay out on the beach and enjoy the ocean.
